Cinghie di fusione in PTFE<\/strong><\/h1>\nDescrizione del prodotto<\/strong><\/h2>\nLe cinghie per macchine di fusione senza cuciture\/a cucitura in PTFE sono <\/strong>Progettate specificamente con la resistenza meccanica necessaria per le industrie di fusione e laminazione, queste cinghie offrono una superficie antiaderente, un'ottima conducibilit\u00e0 termica e un'elevata resistenza alle alte temperature, garantendo il flusso di materiali tessuti e non tessuti durante i processi di fusione e laminazione. Sono ideali per macchine di fusione come Oshima, Kannegiesser, Meyer, Macpi e molte altre.\u00a0
Attualmente offre i seguenti 3 tipi di cinghie:
1.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Cinghie di fusione senza saldatura<\/strong>\u00a0Si tratta di una cinghia di saldatura senza giunture. \u00c8 realizzata in fibra di vetro o Kevlar intrecciata e rivestita con resina PTFE. Le cinghie senza giunture presentano una superficie liscia, un eccellente effetto antistatico (versione nera) e una lunga durata. Superano i limiti delle tradizionali cinghie di saldatura con giunture.
2.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Cinghie per la saldatura delle cuciture<\/strong>\u00a0Significa fusione della cinghia con giunto. \u00c8 il metodo di fusione delle cinghie pi\u00f9 comune grazie al suo costo inferiore. Di seguito sono riportati tre metodi di giunzione:
Giunto della cinghia sovrapposta:<\/strong>\u00a0Le giunzioni a sovrapposizione sono semplici e facili da usare quando non \u00e8 fondamentale avere una superficie perfettamente piana. \u00c8 la giunzione pi\u00f9 diffusa perch\u00e9 \u00e8 resistente, economica e facile da realizzare. Lo svantaggio della giunzione a sovrapposizione \u00e8 che non \u00e8 molto liscia e in alcune applicazioni pu\u00f2 lasciare segni sul materiale da unire. Inoltre, poich\u00e9 la giunzione a sovrapposizione ha uno spessore pi\u00f9 che doppio rispetto al resto del nastro, risulta leggermente pi\u00f9 rigida e soggetta a precoce fatica da flessione, con conseguente frequente rottura.
Giunzione della cintura con giuntura a sciarpa:<\/strong>\u00a0La giunzione a smusso \u00e8 simile alla sovrapposizione, ma offre una transizione pi\u00f9 fluida per il prodotto, senza sporgenze che potrebbero impigliarsi. \u00c8 la giunzione pi\u00f9 liscia, resistente e flessibile attualmente disponibile. Assomiglia a una giunzione con sovrapposizione di 30 mm, ma \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 liscia e flessibile. Non vi \u00e8 quasi un doppio spessore, poich\u00e9 le superfici di accoppiamento vengono accuratamente rettificate coniche e saldate in modo sicuro.
Giunto angolato della cinghia:<\/strong>\u00a0Questa giunzione \u00e8 tagliata con una leggera angolazione che facilita lo scorrimento del nastro sui rulli della macchina di saldatura, riducendo l'affaticamento da flessione. L'angolo di sovrapposizione pu\u00f2 essere variato, in modo che la giunzione non passi sopra le pulegge del trasportatore in un'unica linea. Gli angoli di 45\u00b0 e 70\u00b0 sono i pi\u00f9 comuni.
3.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Cinghie di fusione laminate<\/strong>\u00a0Chiamata anche cinghia termoadesiva a 2 strati o a doppio strato. Applicazione<\/strong><\/h2>\nUn gran numero di sistemi di produzione di sacchetti di plastica utilizza in genere questo tipo di cinghie, solitamente in coppia, creando un effetto di serraggio sul sacchetto. Queste cinghie si trovano anche nelle macchine confezionatrici ad aria compressa o a cuscino d'aria, in quanto consentono una termosaldatura continua senza che l'adesivo aderisca alla cinghia.
I nastri sigillati sono spesso costituiti da due nastri trasportatori che operano in serie su un unico nastro trasportatore con una piastra riscaldante che, durante il funzionamento, entra in contatto con la superficie interna del nastro. Il trasferimento di calore attraverso la superficie del nastro sigilla il sacchetto di plastica quando questo passa attraverso la macchina.<\/p>\n

Le cinghie senza giunture presentano una superficie liscia, un eccellente effetto antistatico (versione nera) e una lunga durata. Superano i limiti delle tradizionali cinghie di saldatura con giunture.
2.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Cinghie per la saldatura delle cuciture<\/strong>\u00a0Significa fusione della cinghia con giunto. \u00c8 il metodo di fusione delle cinghie pi\u00f9 comune grazie al suo costo inferiore. Di seguito sono riportati tre metodi di giunzione:
Giunto della cinghia sovrapposta:<\/strong>\u00a0Le giunzioni a sovrapposizione sono semplici e facili da usare quando non \u00e8 fondamentale avere una superficie perfettamente piana. \u00c8 la giunzione pi\u00f9 diffusa perch\u00e9 \u00e8 resistente, economica e facile da realizzare. Lo svantaggio della giunzione a sovrapposizione \u00e8 che non \u00e8 molto liscia e in alcune applicazioni pu\u00f2 lasciare segni sul materiale da unire. Inoltre, poich\u00e9 la giunzione a sovrapposizione ha uno spessore pi\u00f9 che doppio rispetto al resto del nastro, risulta leggermente pi\u00f9 rigida e soggetta a precoce fatica da flessione, con conseguente frequente rottura.
Giunzione della cintura con giuntura a sciarpa:<\/strong>\u00a0La giunzione a smusso \u00e8 simile alla sovrapposizione, ma offre una transizione pi\u00f9 fluida per il prodotto, senza sporgenze che potrebbero impigliarsi. \u00c8 la giunzione pi\u00f9 liscia, resistente e flessibile attualmente disponibile. Assomiglia a una giunzione con sovrapposizione di 30 mm, ma \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 liscia e flessibile. Non vi \u00e8 quasi un doppio spessore, poich\u00e9 le superfici di accoppiamento vengono accuratamente rettificate coniche e saldate in modo sicuro.
Giunto angolato della cinghia:<\/strong>\u00a0Questa giunzione \u00e8 tagliata con una leggera angolazione che facilita lo scorrimento del nastro sui rulli della macchina di saldatura, riducendo l'affaticamento da flessione. L'angolo di sovrapposizione pu\u00f2 essere variato, in modo che la giunzione non passi sopra le pulegge del trasportatore in un'unica linea. Gli angoli di 45\u00b0 e 70\u00b0 sono i pi\u00f9 comuni.
