Selection method

Match dimensions to the current machine interface

Start with the component features that control fit: pitch or mesh repeat, widths, diameters, attachments, edges and the mating drive or guide. Then describe the product, line speed, curves or inclines, process zones and cleaning method.

  • Measure several repeating features where service wear may affect one joint or mesh row.
  • Photograph the drive, guide, transfer and return path before removing the old component.
  • Inspect damaged mating parts before fitting a new chain or belt.
  • Define sample or first-article acceptance dimensions before production quantity.

Production & inspection

Measure the interfaces that determine fit

Dimensional checks, machine-interface review and low-speed commissioning provide a practical basis for replacement approval.

Four inputs that make a quotation useful

Keep identification, geometry, operating duty and quantity clear so technical questions can be resolved before production release.

01Identify

Model or designation, machine function and running direction.

02Measure

Pitch, widths, diameters, attachment or mesh geometry.

03Describe duty

Product, speed, curves or inclines, process zones and sanitation.

04Plan quantity

Sample need, production quantity and mixed-model order structure.
